I’m adept at problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset that believes in giving customers a memorable experience.

I’ve always maintained a design-thinking process throughout my career - starting from being an interior designer, to building my own design brand, to becoming a visual artist, teaching art to children and creating educational video content for them, which later then expanded into curating and facilitating art and culture-centric workshops and events for the community.

I am a curious person that believes that customers should get value from services they attain, and for this reason, I am empathetic and organized in a sense that I actively and consciously put in the effort to eliminate inconveniences and pain points before they become a problem to the customer.
